You will work at the intersection of agentic AI systems, workflow automation, cloud-native AI platforms, and real-world product integration.
This role is ideal for someone who moves fast, experiments intelligently, and turns ambiguity into working systems.
What You'll Do
Core Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize agentic AI pipelines for automation and workflow intelligence
- Develop and deploy RAG-based systems using vector databases and contextual retrieval
- Implement model orchestration strategies (prompting, routing, memory, tools)
- Build and operate AI-powered microservices in cloud environments
- Integrate AI systems into real-world products, APIs, and workflows
- Continuously improve performance through prompt engineering, context tuning, evaluation frameworks, and feedback loops
Platform & Infrastructure
- Deploy and maintain AI systems on cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS preferred)
- Build scalable, secure AI services with strong observability
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
- Ensure systems are production-ready, reliable, and maintainable
Collaboration & Impact
- Work closely with product, engineering, and architecture teams
- Translate business problems into working AI solutions
- Build demos, prototypes, and PoCs to drive adoption
- Act as a technical reference point for AI systems across teams
Who You Are
You are a hands-on builder with strong fundamentals and a bias for execution.
Core Skills
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in production environments
- Strong experience with Python (primary), or NodeJs / TypeScript
- Strong experience with LLMs and agentic architectures
- Strong experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases
- Proven ability to design and deploy AI systems in production
- Experience building microservices (Flask, Django, Express, NestJS, etc.)
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, context management, and model behavior optimization
AI & Platform Experience
- Experience with AI platforms such as Azure AI (Foundry, OpenAI, etc.) or equivalent cloud AI ecosystems
- Familiarity with LangChain or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with MCP servers or tool-based agent systems
- Experience integrating AI into web applications, APIs, and conversational systems
Engineering Mindset
- You build fast, test quickly, and iterate
- You are comfortable working in uncertain, evolving problem spaces
- You prioritize working systems over perfect abstractions
- You write clean, maintainable, production-quality code
